While I was going through High School my father offered me a job to work as the weekend receptionist for his Real Estate office based in Nerang. I did however see this job as a brilliant opportunity to get some experience and also have an income.
Once I graduated school, I started working on a full time basis, and completed my relevant Real Estate certificate and courses in my spare time. As I gained more experience, I began to see new opportunities within the real estate industry and spent my weekends learning what the Property Managers and Sales Agents do. Within the first few weeks of doing this, I knew I wanted to become a Property Manager. This was largely due to the high level of organisation and customer service required, two things which I always enjoyed and was good at. Working my way through the ranks I eventually became a Senior Property Manager and have not looked back since.
Bianca is the Office Manager and handles everything from Marketing, Administration, Contracts to the Accounts.
Bianca has been in the Real Estate industry since 2010, and she has covered most aspects of the real estate industry.
With her strong worth ethic, Bianca is always happy to assist the staff, contractors and clients where ever she can, and she ensures that you will always receive the highest level of customer service possible.
Bianca enjoys spending time with her family in her spare time, and is proud to be a part of the Allure Realty team.
Real Estate has always been something intriguing to Gaby, she personally has bought, sold, built and renovated. In her spare time she has attended many different open homes, all over the coast and all different agencies. During her Real Estate experiences, she has had some fantastic and some not so good experiences, and from this, she knows and understands what is required to help you in the next chapter of your life, whether you are buying or selling.Gaby has 40 years of experience in customer care and service, stemming from her first career in Hospitality followed by 20 years of full-time work in the Disability Sector.
She has worked alongside people with a diverse range of special needs, both in the field and as a co-ordinator. She prides herself in her ability to listen to people’s wants and needs and always puts her customers first. She is patient and skilful in supporting people to achieve their goals.
Gaby moved to the Gold Coast over 26 years ago from Germany to start a new life here with her family. She is fluent in both, English and German.
Gaby has recently completed her REIQ Registration course, and is now keen and ready to join the family business, Allure Realty.
Gaby brings with her old fashioned customer service values, strong work ethics and experience. She will negotiate the best price for your property or your new home, and she will keep you updated throughout the whole process. In her spare time she loves spending time with her little granddaughter and walking her two dogs in the local dog park.
