Welcome firstly, to our brand new website, and secondly to our new blog page! Allure Realty is undergoing some massive changes in 2016, some of which you may have already noticed.
In December 2015 the team made the decision to shift Allure to an online platform, and become an online-based business. With an overwhelming amount of our enquiry originating online, we were faced with the decision of continuing with the traditional methods of operation that we knew, or embracing the brave new world, expanding our comfort zone and moving with the times. This decision wasn’t necessarily easy; we knew that we were going to have to work a lot harder to make it work, but we also knew that this decision would bring our brand more in-line with the direction that we want the business to go in, and ultimately we’re happy to work harder for a brand that we believe in. We now have more time and money to invest in the aspects of the business that we value, and we’re now more able to offer exclusive services to our clients that can’t be found anywhere else.
Our plan for the website is to become a resource for our clients. We believe that if we can make the website more useful to you than it is showy for us, then that will speak for Allure Realty itself. We don’t want to just tell you that we offer the best service and hope that you take our word for it; we want you to live it, and believe it for yourself. So, before I forget, if there’s anything you’d like to see added to the website in the future, please let us know!
It’s for this reason that we have decided to incorporate a blog page into our new website. Here, I plan to personally post topics that people will find useful, regardless of whether they’re looking to buy or sell. You can expect fortnightly posts about how to present a property depending on the season; simple hacks around the home for cleaning, maintenance or repairs; ways to reduce costs like electricity and water; and ways that you can make your home more eco-friendly. We could very easily become the kind of agency that is more concerned with how many clients we have, how many houses we’re selling each month, and generally how much money we can make. But we don’t want to do that, because at the end of the day, we also want to love what we do. So, we care more about what our clients think of us, how we can become more environmentally friendly, what we can do for our local neighbourhood, and how we can continuously better our service so that we’re more accessible to our clients.
So thank you, for giving Allure Realty the opportunity to become the business that it’s team believes in; not a front runner in the numbers game or the big leagues at the front of a marathon; but rather, the underdog that runs alongside you and gives you water without you needing to ask.
