Apply for a Rental

Applying for a rental property is really simple.

  • Complete the entire application form
  • Provide 100 points of ID
  • Send everything through to Allure Realty

Allure Realty uses their own application form, this can be found here or simply email info@allurerealty.com.au to be emailed a copy.

Before you begin, please ensure you have the following requirements fulfilled:

  • 15-20 minutes time
  • 100 points of applicable ID in digital formats, as either .jpg, .pdf or.png

Identification Requirements

Provide 100 points of identification in digital formats (.jpg, .pdf, .png) as the guide shows below. Please include payslips and a photo id.

Submit only one of the following and to be current:

  • Passport
  • Drivers Licence
  • Proof of Age Card
  • Other Photo ID from Government eg Pension Card, Student Card
  • 2 recent Rent Receipts or Mortgage Payments
  • 2 recent Pay Advices
  • Bank card with signature
  • Tenancy Ledger
  • Car registration certificate
  • Rates Notice
  • Electricity/Telephone/Gas Account
  • Bank Statement
  • Birth Certificate

Any incomplete applications cannot be processed.
